Service writer Johnathan was great. I also caught him signing to another customer. Said he learned in high school after failing Spanish. His skills are an asset to the dealership. I went in for toe link replacement, which they did, but I also asked about a rear alignment. They diagnosed it and came back with about $5,000 worth of work that they wanted to do with it and would not do the alignment without the other work. They tried to only sell a bunch of unasked things only based on the miles not based on previous services. They were rude and yeilling and kicked me out I have spent roughly about $13k here and I am going to take my car elsewhere.
